Anki is what is known as a spaced repetition learning tool. It works amazingly when studying languages and is vital to success.

(Videos) Finding Japanese dubbed american movies

Whether using youtube or niconico douga, if you want to search for Japanese dubbed american movies insert either 吹き替え or 吹替 (Japanese for dubbed) in the search area to bring up best results.

(Speaking) No Language Exchange Partners, Find Lonely Japanese people on Mixi.

If you can get access to mixi, do community searches for "skype", and you will find 10s of thousands of people who just want someone to talk to. They won't be interested in English, they just want to talk to you.

If you do some kind of japanese/english language exchange, expect not to get much out of it.
